With a strong background in the financial services sector Jerome had previously provided financial advice and guidance to a number of professional footballers, among them were top Arsenal and Scotland star Charlie Nicholas and the late Arsenal and England star David Rocastle. From those very early conversations with Charlie and David it became clear to Jerome that professional footballers would genuinely benefit from a Management Company with a firm background in financial management and thus SEM was born.
