Main Story
Former Fulham defender Elliot Omozusi has signed a one year deal with Leyton Orient.
The 21 year old east Londoner played eight Premier League games for Fulham prior to his release this summer and the O's boss Russell Slade is delighted to secure his signature. Speaking to leytonorient.com he said 'Elliot is a young defender who comes here with a good pedigree having played in the Premier League with Fulham and on loan with Norwich and Charlton. He is a good athlete, he likes to get forward and he passes the ball well. He is also strong in one against one situations.'
Elliot added 'I'm really looking forward to the opportunity. I've had a few ups and downs in recent years but this is a chance now to get my football back on track and I want to take it. I'm a local boy so I'm really pleased to sign for Orient and my friends and family will be able to watch me every week.'
Everyone at SEM would like to wish Elliot the best of luck for the coming season.
